Our products are unique and hand-painted, crafted specially for you. Once an order is placed and accepted by us, we immediately begin the design process on the selected fabric. Due to this, order cancellations are not allowed after your order has been accepted as the design process would result in the fabric being wasted. We request your understanding in this matter.
Exchange Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and offer an exchange policy for damaged or defective items. Please review the details below:
- Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are allowed only if the product delivered is damaged or defective.
- The exchange request must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

- Include clear pictures of the product showing the damage or defect, if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

- Exchanges will only be processed after verifying the condition of the returned product.
- Customized, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Shipping fees 80 Rupees.
